Permits the Ohio YMCA Youth and Government Program to use the Ohio Senate Chambers and several hearing and conference rooms on March 31, April 28, and November 21, 2022, contingent upon facility availability.

Authorizes facility use for the program's 2022 State Assemblies to provide students with experiential learning about state government and the legislative process.

Acknowledges the Ohio YMCA Youth and Government Program's long-standing mission to help students appreciate government, develop civic understanding, and prepare for responsible adult citizenship.

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Ohio YMCA Youth and Government Program.
