Requires every employer to provide each employee with a written or electronic earnings and deductions statement for each pay period on regular paydays.

Statement must include employee name and address, employer name, gross wages, net wages, all deductions with amounts and purposes, payment date, and pay period covered.

For hourly employees, statement must also include total hours worked in pay period, hourly wage rate, and hours worked over 40 hours in a workweek.

Employees who do not receive required statements can make written requests to their employer, which must be fulfilled within ten days.

Director of Commerce can issue written notice to employers found in violation, which employers must immediately post in a conspicuous workplace location for ten days.
