Cost-sharing requirements for services from occupational therapists, physical therapists, and chiropractors cannot exceed the cost-sharing requirement for primary care physician or osteopath office visits on a per-day basis.

Health plan issuers must clearly disclose on their websites and in all relevant literature that coverage for occupational therapy, physical therapy, and chiropractic services is available, including all related limitations, conditions, and exclusions.

Violations of this section are classified as unfair and deceptive practices in the insurance business under Ohio Revised Code sections 3901.19 to 3901.26.
