Adds "lawful source of income" as a protected class in Ohio's civil rights law, defined to include employment income, government assistance programs (housing vouchers, Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, Social Security Disability), and private grants or loans.

Prohibits landlords and housing providers from refusing to rent, denying access to common areas, or discriminating in rental terms based on a person's lawful source of income.

Prohibits false statements about housing availability or advertising that indicates preference or discrimination regarding lawful source of income.

Applies protections to all housing accommodations and rental transactions, with enforcement through the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.

Establishes three new unlawful discriminatory practices in rental housing (division H(23)-(25) of section 4112.02) specifically targeting source-of-income discrimination.
