Amends Ohio Revised Code section 1301.201 to add a new definition of "central bank digital currency" covering digital currencies issued by the U.S. Federal Reserve, federal agencies, foreign governments, central banks, or reserve systems that are directly available to consumers or processed/validated directly by such entities.

Modifies the definition of "money" under the Ohio Uniform Commercial Code to explicitly exclude central bank digital currencies from being treated as money.

Renumbers existing definitions in section 1301.201 to accommodate the new central bank digital currency definition, shifting subsequent definitions from (10) through (43) to (11) through (44).

Repeals the existing section 1301.201 of the Revised Code and replaces it with the amended version.
