Requires the Ohio Department of Medicaid to submit an annual report by December 31st to the General Assembly regarding access to applied behavior analysis (ABA) for Medicaid-enrolled children with autism spectrum disorder.

Report must include data organized by current procedural terminology (CPT) codes and contain eight specific data points, including the number of certified behavior analysts serving as Medicaid providers, number of children who received or were denied ABA services, and prior authorization denial rates.

Requires reporting on the median recommended versus received or covered hours of ABA treatment for eligible children, and recommendations to improve provider network adequacy and access to services.

Mandates the Department of Medicaid make every effort to collect necessary information from ABA providers and enrollees to compile the required report.

Requires the Department to develop education and outreach materials informing parents and legal guardians of eligible children about available services and how to access them.
