Amends section 2923.25 of the Revised Code to require federally licensed firearms dealers to provide and attach a trigger lock, gun lock, or gun locking device to each firearm at the time of sale.

Dealers must offer the lock appropriate for the specific firearm being sold and additionally offer other gun locking devices if available.

Dealers must post a conspicuous poster and make available a brochure to all firearm purchasers as required by section 5502.63 of the Revised Code.

Defines "federally licensed firearms dealer" as having the same meaning as in section 5502.63 of the Revised Code.

Repeals the existing section 2923.25 of the Revised Code.
