Creates a "Jackson Local Schools" specialty license plate that vehicle owners can apply for through the Ohio registrar of motor vehicles.

Requires a $30 contribution per registration and renewal, plus a $10 administrative fee, with contributions deposited into the license plate contribution fund established under section 4501.21.

Contributions from the Jackson Local Schools license plates are split equally between the Jackson Local Schools Foundation and the Jackson High School Alumni Association for their respective purposes.

License plates display an appropriate logo and words selected by Jackson Local School District representatives and approved by the registrar, along with required county identification stickers.

Amends section 4501.21 to incorporate the Jackson Local Schools license plate into Ohio's existing specialty license plate contribution fund system that supports numerous charitable, educational, and community organizations statewide.
