• Prohibits any person from knowingly engaging in an adult cabaret performance in a location other than an adult cabaret, with knowledge of the performance's character or content.

• Establishes criminal penalties: misdemeanor of the first degree if performance occurs in presence of a minor under 18; felony of the fifth degree if performance is obscene; felony of the fourth degree if obscene performance is presented to a minor under 13.

• Allows the liquor control commission to suspend or revoke alcohol permits for violations of the adult cabaret performance prohibition.

• Maintains existing prohibitions on allowing minors in adult entertainment establishments and false identification use by minors to enter such establishments.
