Designates that plate contributions fund the Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation for suicide prevention programs, education, and advocacy throughout the state.

Includes a $10 administrative fee to compensate the bureau of motor vehicles for services related to issuing the specialty plates.

The plates display an appropriate logo and words selected by the Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation and must include county identification stickers as required by law.
