Exempts redaction request forms, affidavits, and work schedule records of designated public service workers from public records disclosure requirements under Ohio law.

Adds three new categories to the list of records exempt from public disclosure: records of work schedules for designated public service workers, request forms submitted under section 149.45, and affidavits submitted under section 319.28.

Defines "designated public service worker" to include peace officers, firefighters, EMTs, correctional employees, prosecutors, judges, and other law enforcement and public safety personnel.

Applies to work schedule records for both current and former designated public service workers who have at least five years of service or are former elected officials.

Amends sections 149.43, 149.45, 319.28, and 319.54 of the Ohio Revised Code to implement these public records exemptions.
