Moves state and school district board of education member elections from nonpartisan ballots to partisan ballots with primary elections.

Removes the requirement that school board candidates file nominating petitions under section 3513.255, eliminating provisions specific to nonpartisan education board elections.

Modifies ballot provisions to include state and school board member positions on office type ballots alongside other partisan offices, with party designations printed under candidate names.

Repeals sections 3513.254, 3513.255, 3513.256, and 3513.259 of the Revised Code, which contained requirements for nonpartisan nomination of education board candidates.
