Updates the name of the organization receiving contributions from "ALS Awareness" license plates from "ALS association central & southern united Ohio chapter" to "ALS association central & southern united Ohio chapter, incorporated" and clarifies it splits contributions with the ALS association northern Ohio chapter.

Designates a portion of State Route 60 in Muskingum County between main street south of Dresden and State Route 16 as the "Sgt Bradley J. Harper USMC Memorial Highway" in both northbound and southbound lanes.

Authorizes the director of transportation to erect suitable markers along the designated highway indicating its memorial name.

Amends sections 4501.21 and 4503.725 of the Revised Code and enacts new section 5534.847 to implement these changes.
