Requires state questions and issues on Ohio ballots to be numbered consecutively starting with the general election on November 5, 2024, with the first state question designated as "1."

For elections after November 5, 2024, the first state question shall be numbered consecutively following the last state question number from the immediately preceding election at which a state question appeared.

Resets state question numbering to "1" once a state question is designated with the number "500," then continues consecutively from there.

Prohibits printing ballot questions proposing property tax levies exceeding the ten-mill limitation in boldface or different font sizes than other ballot text, with exceptions for descriptive titles and voting areas.
