Concealed handgun licensees may carry in buildings containing a courtroom (but not courthouses) when the court and clerk's office are not in operation, the building is a state or local government facility, and the governing body has enacted a policy permitting such carry

Licensees with valid permits may bring handguns into courthouses or buildings with courtrooms if they transfer the weapon to the officer in charge for secure storage until departure

Non-Ohio residents may now apply for relief from firearms disability in the Ohio county where their conviction, guilty plea, or delinquent child adjudication occurred, rather than being limited to their county of residence

Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 2923.123 (weapons in courthouses) and 2923.14 (relief from firearms disability)
