H.B. No. 273 Summary

• Allows employers to post required labor law notices and summaries on the internet as an alternative to physical workplace posting, provided the internet posting is accessible to employees

• Applies to notices required under Ohio labor laws covering minors (section 4109.08), minimum wage (section 4111.09), equal employment opportunity (section 4112.07), prevailing wage (section 4115.07), workers' compensation (sections 4123.54 and 4123.83), and public employee safety (section 4167.11)

• Internet notices must remain accessible to employees and must meet the same informational requirements as physical postings

• Maintains requirement that certain notices also be available on state agency websites and that copies be furnished upon request

• Repeals existing versions of the amended code sections
