Amends Ohio Revised Code section 3313.5319 to regulate ticket pricing and payment methods for school-affiliated events including athletic events, plays, musicals, and other school-related activities.

Requires qualifying schools to permit cash payment for tickets and grant free admission to individuals with sufficient cash if the school does not accept cash on the date of the event.

Prohibits qualifying schools from charging different ticket prices based on whether tickets are purchased online or with cash, though online processing fees are permitted.

Requires student ticket prices to be lower than adult ticket prices for the same event at participating schools.

Mandates that schools offering concessions provide at least one cash payment location, and if concessions are sold on multiple floors, at least one cash payment location on each floor.
