Allows courts to issue, modify, or extend child support orders for children over 18 who have a mental or physical disability that began before age of majority and makes them incapable of supporting themselves.

Defines "person with a disability" for purposes of child support as someone whose disability began before reaching age of majority and renders them unable to support or maintain themselves.

Restricts child support enforcement agencies from issuing administrative child support orders for persons age 18 and older, but allows them to request courts take action under the new provisions.

Permits courts to terminate disability-related child support orders upon satisfactory proof that the person is no longer disabled or is capable of self-support.

Requires courts to comply with existing child support calculation guidelines (Chapters 3119, 3121, 3123, and 3125) when issuing or modifying support orders under this legislation.
