Applies only when the mother is breast-feeding a baby who is one year of age or younger.

Requires prospective jurors to submit a signed affidavit stating they are a breast-feeding mother as satisfactory documentation to support the excusal request.

Requires excusal requests to be submitted by the date the prospective juror is scheduled to appear for jury duty.

Any approved excuse does not extend beyond the jury year in which it is granted.
