Grants the Ohio General Assembly exclusive authority over implementing Ohio Constitution, Article I, Section 22, and withdraws all jurisdiction from Courts of Common Pleas and other state courts over claims attempting to enforce or implement this constitutional provision.

Requires immediate dismissal of all pending or new lawsuits, claims, counterclaims, third-party claims, or defenses attempting to enforce or implement Ohio Constitution, Article I, Section 22.

Vacates all existing court rulings that enforce or implement Ohio Constitution, Article I, Section 22.

Establishes that any judge in Ohio who violates this Act commits a misdemeanor in office subject to impeachment under Ohio Constitution, Article II, Section 24.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
