Caps cost sharing for diabetes care devices at $100 in aggregate per 30-day supply, including blood glucose test strips, glucometers, continuous glucose monitors, lancets, lancing devices, insulin syringes, insulin pumps, and nonprescription blood ketone level kits.

Cost-sharing caps apply to all health benefit plans amended, issued, or renewed on or after the bill's effective date and supersede any deductible, copayment, coinsurance, or other cost-sharing requirements.

Allows health plan issuers to voluntarily reduce cost-sharing requirements below the capped amounts.
