Appropriates $6,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 to the Department of Public Safety's Office of Criminal Justice Services for grants to replace police dogs previously trained to detect marijuana.

Directs the Director of Budget and Management to transfer $6,000,000 from the cannabis social equity and jobs fund to the General Revenue Fund within one year of first collecting adult use cannabis tax revenue.

Grants may be used for purchase, training, and equipment of replacement canines, with a maximum of $20,000 per canine replaced.

Any unencumbered, unexpended balance from fiscal year 2024 may be reappropriated for the same purpose in fiscal year 2025.

Grants shall be distributed to state and local law enforcement agencies, with selection criteria developed by the Office of Criminal Justice Services.
