Prohibits employers with 15 or more employees from refusing to interview candidates based on wage or salary history, requesting such information, or requiring it to meet minimum or maximum criteria

Allows employers to request or confirm wage or salary history only if the prospective employee voluntarily disclosed it and the employer has already made a job offer with compensation

Permits employers to ask about salary expectations, provide information about compensation offered for a position, and consider current wages when promoting or transferring existing employees

Enables prospective employees to bring lawsuits in court to recover damages, seek equitable relief, and recover costs and attorney's fees for violations

Authorizes the Ohio Attorney General to take assignment of claims and bring enforcement actions on behalf of prospective employees at their written request
