Increases the base teacher salary from $35,000 to $50,000 in Ohio's minimum teacher salary schedule.

Applies the new $50,000 base amount to all teacher salary calculations across five education degree levels (less than bachelor's through master's degree or higher) and all years of service (0-11 years).

Updates the minimum salary table in Section 3317.13 of the Revised Code to reflect the new base amount and recalculates all corresponding salary levels proportionally.

Maintains existing definitions of "years of service" including teaching experience in public schools, chartered schools, and up to five years of military service credit.

Requires school districts and educational service centers to adopt and comply with the updated salary schedule, with enforcement by the Ohio Department of Education.
