Requires the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) to install and maintain security camera systems at each rest area under its jurisdiction by June 30, 2031.

Mandates the director of transportation to consult with the director of public safety and the attorney general when determining the installation and maintenance schedule for security cameras.

Amends section 5501.03 of the Revised Code to add these security camera requirements to ODOT's existing duties and powers.
