Adds a new prohibition to Ohio law preventing persons charged with or convicted of first-degree misdemeanor domestic violence under section 2919.25 from possessing firearms or dangerous ordnance.

Makes violation of the firearm possession prohibition a felony of the third degree under the charge of "having weapons while under disability."

Applies existing relief procedures under section 2923.14, allowing prohibited persons to petition the court of common pleas for restoration of firearm rights if they meet specified conditions including full discharge from custody and law-abiding conduct.

Exempts persons convicted of certain violent crimes or those with multiple felony convictions with firearm specifications from petitioning for relief from firearm disability.

Designates the legislation as the "Keeping Our Survivors Safe Act."
