Establishes the Ohio Task Force on Gun Violence consisting of the Governor, Attorney General, Executive Director of the Commission on Minority Health, Director of Children and Youth, Chief Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court, three House members (two majority party, one minority party), three Senate members (two majority party, one minority party), and two community members working to reduce gun violence.

Task Force must meet within thirty days of effective date to select a chairperson or co-chairpersons, then meet at least monthly thereafter.

Members serve without compensation except when service is part of their regular employment duties.

Task Force shall examine gun violence prevalence across the state, evidence-based reduction programs, best practices, community revitalization efforts, criminal justice solutions, and social determinants of health affecting gun violence victims.

Task Force must submit a report with findings and recommendations to the General Assembly within one year of the effective date, after which the Task Force ceases to exist.
