Amends sections 3701.249 and 4112.01 of the Revised Code to extend Ohio Civil Rights Law employment protections to unpaid interns.

Redefines "employee" to include individuals who perform unpaid work for an employer for the primary purpose of acquiring knowledge or experience relevant to their career aspirations.

Unpaid interns become eligible for employment discrimination protections under Ohio's civil rights laws, including protections related to sex, pregnancy, age, disability, and other covered categories.

Maintains existing exclusions from employee status, such as individuals employed in domestic service.
