Enacts section 5101.546 to require the Department of Job and Family Services to provide supplemental benefit allotments to eligible households participating in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

Households qualify for supplements if they include an individual age 60 or older and receive a monthly SNAP benefit of less than $50.

The supplemental allotment amount equals whatever is necessary to bring the household's total monthly SNAP benefit to $50.

Appropriates $12,495,000 for fiscal year 2024 and $21,415,000 for fiscal year 2025 from the General Revenue Fund to implement the program.

Directs the Director of Budget and Management to establish accounts tracking the appropriated funds and subject expenditures to provisions of the main operating appropriations act.
