Allows services under the autism scholarship program and Jon Peterson special needs scholarship program to be provided remotely by qualified, credentialed providers in accordance with telehealth regulations, with remote services specified in the child's individualized education program.

Expands the list of credentialed professionals who may provide services under these programs to include occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, intervention specialists, and literacy intervention specialists certified in structured literacy dyslexia intervention.

Requires registered private providers to include specific credentialed professionals in their list of approved service providers, including behavior analysts, psychologists, school psychologists, registered behavior technicians, and other qualified individuals as determined by the department.

Prohibits the department from requiring parents to complete income verification for scholarship applications under both the autism scholarship program and Jon Peterson special needs scholarship program.

Removes the requirement for specific application deadline dates for scholarships under the Jon Peterson special needs scholarship program.
