Amends Ohio law to prohibit voyeurism, criminal trespass, and aggravated criminal trespass offenses when committed through use of unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) systems.

Expands voyeurism statutes to criminalize secret recording of persons, including through drone use, with penalties ranging from third-degree misdemeanor to fifth-degree felony depending on the offense type.

Extends criminal trespass laws to include unauthorized entry or remaining above land, premises, or critical infrastructure facilities through drone use, with violations classified as fourth-degree misdemeanors (or first-degree for critical infrastructure).

Adds aggravated trespass offense for entering above land or critical infrastructure facilities via drone with intent to commit misdemeanors involving physical harm or to destroy/tamper with critical infrastructure, classified as first-degree misdemeanor or third-degree felony.

Creates offense for knowingly entering or remaining above restricted portions of public amusement venues through drone use that interrupts performances or events, classified as first-degree misdemeanor with possible 30-120 hours of community service.
