Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 3501.05, 3513.06, 3513.07, 3513.261, and 3513.271 to create exemptions to the requirement that candidates disclose all names used within the past five years.

Candidates are exempt from the five-year name disclosure requirement if their name change was due to marriage or was ordered by a court.

Previously elected candidates are exempt if they have already complied with the name disclosure requirement once for their current office level (state, district, county, municipal, or township office).

Requires the Secretary of State to publish any changes to candidate name disclosure requirements on the state election office website as soon as practicable.

Repeals existing sections 3501.05, 3513.06, 3513.07, 3513.261, and 3513.271 and replaces them with the amended versions containing the exemptions.
