• Mandates criminal records checks of representatives before permitting presentations, conducted using the same standards as section 3319.39, with representatives paying all associated costs and boards able to deny presentations based on specified criminal convictions or misconduct.

• Establishes evaluation criteria for district boards considering whether to permit representatives, including assessment of past conduct involving minors, academic fraud, criminal history, rehabilitation evidence, and potential impact on school community health and safety.

• Applies the patriotic organization presentation requirements to community schools, STEM schools, and college-preparatory boarding schools by amending sections 3314.03, 3326.11, and 3328.24.
