Enacts section 3301.0732 of the Revised Code to require the Ohio Department of Education to conduct annual audits of state assessment spending.

Defines "state assessment" to include diagnostic assessments, achievement assessments, nationally standardized assessments, end-of-course examinations, job skills assessments, state technical assessments, and other prescribed assessments.

Requires the Department to issue annual reports detailing assessment spending disaggregated by seven categories: amounts paid for each assessment, practice assessments, computer hardware/IT, assessment preparation programs, consultant fees, assessment personnel, and teacher professional development.

Mandates that all audit reports be posted on the Department's publicly accessible website.
