Requires school district boards of education to adopt a policy within 90 days declaring expectations that professional staff maintain high standards in co-worker relationships and professional duties.

Prohibits staff members from engaging in political, partisan, ideological, or religious advocacy by compelling students to adopt specific beliefs.

Prohibits staff from unfairly evaluating student work based on whether it reflects a specific political, partisan, ideological, or religious belief.

Applies the same policy requirements to community schools, STEM schools, and their governing bodies through amendments to existing education code sections.

Amends sections 3314.03 and 3326.11 of the Revised Code and enacts new section 3319.614.
