• Mandates hospitals include at least 400 shoppable services on price lists beginning two years after enactment, increasing to at least 500 services beginning four years after enactment, unless the hospital provides fewer services.

• Prohibits hospitals from selling personal data collected through internet-based price estimator tools or using that data for targeted advertising.

• Establishes enforcement mechanisms including director of health monitoring, notice of violation procedures, corrective action plans with up to 90-day compliance deadlines, and administrative penalties ranging from $300 to $5,500 depending on hospital bed count.

• Requires hospitals acquired as independent outpatient physician facilities to eliminate facility fees for patients beginning July 1, 2027.
