Amends Ohio Revised Code section 2313.06 to require commissioners of jurors to include names from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (registrar of motor vehicles) when compiling the annual jury source list.

Changes language from "may include" to "shall include" names from the certified list provided by the registrar of motor vehicles, making it mandatory rather than discretionary.

Requires the annual jury source list to include all names from the current voter list and all names from the motor vehicles registrar's list, with duplicates eliminated upon merging.

Maintains existing exclusions from jury lists including persons with confidential voter registration records and address confidentiality program participants.

Repeals existing section 2313.06 of the Revised Code to replace it with the amended version requiring mandatory inclusion of motor vehicle registrar names.
