Requires employers of minors not of compulsory school age to obtain physician certification that the minor is physically capable of performing the specific work, along with parental consent and age documentation before employment.

Mandates establishment of trust accounts for minor performers earning $1,000 or more, with employers depositing 15% of earnings into the account within 15 days of performance; minors cannot access funds until age 18 or emancipation except by court order.

Requires employers of minor performers of compulsory school age to provide instruction complying with all applicable state education requirements, including instruction from a licensed teacher.
