Enacts section 4503.587 of the Revised Code to establish a "NASA Glenn Research Center" license plate available to owners and lessees of passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other registrar-approved vehicle classes.

License plates shall display an appropriate logo and words selected by NASA Glenn Research Center representatives and approved by the registrar, along with county identification stickers as required.

Applicants must pay the regular license tax, any applicable motor vehicle license taxes under Chapter 4504, any additional fees under sections 4503.40 or 4503.42, and an additional administrative fee of ten dollars.

The ten-dollar administrative fee shall be deposited into the state treasury to the credit of the public safety - highway purposes fund created in section 4501.06 of the Revised Code to compensate the bureau of motor vehicles for additional services.

Applications may be combined with requests for special reserved license plates under sections 4503.40 or 4503.42 of the Revised Code.
