Prohibits suppliers from advertising, displaying, or offering a price for goods or services that does not include all mandatory fees and charges in a clear and conspicuous manner.

Excludes from the mandatory fee requirement: governmental taxes and duties, and delivery fees if the supplier discloses the delivery fee amount prior to accepting payment.

Exempts from this requirement broadband internet access services, financial transactions subject to federal lending and banking acts, motor vehicle manufacturer suggested retail prices, and air transportation by air carriers.

Exempts food delivery platforms from including their service fees in the menu price displayed to consumers.

Classifies violations as unconscionable acts or practices under existing consumer protection law (section 1345.03 of the Revised Code).
