Prohibits any person from bringing a public nuisance claim based on the design, manufacture, supply, marketing, distribution, promotion, advertising, labeling, or sale of a product that allegedly interferes with a right common to the general public.

Amends municipal corporation authority under section 715.44 to make nuisance abatement and prosecution powers subject to the new restrictions in section 2307.801.

Expands the definition of "product liability claim" in section 2307.71 to explicitly include public nuisance claims related to product design, manufacture, supply, marketing, distribution, promotion, advertising, labeling, or sale.

Maintains existing product liability law framework in sections 2307.71 to 2307.80 while establishing new limitations on public nuisance actions against product manufacturers and suppliers.

Repeals existing sections 715.44 and 2307.71 and enacts new section 2307.801 as the primary prohibition on public nuisance claims related to products.
