Amends section 3923.332 of the Revised Code to prohibit the Superintendent of Insurance from banning specific types of Medicare supplement policy solicitation.

Prohibits the superintendent from restricting three forms of solicitation: print solicitation (leaflets, flyers, door hangers), in-person solicitations at residences and public areas, and telephonic or electronic solicitation (voicemail, text messages, social media messages).

Allows the superintendent to prohibit in-person solicitation specifically at nursing homes and residential care facilities.

Maintains existing Medicare supplement policy requirements including restrictions on duplicating Medicare benefits and limitations on preexisting condition exclusions beyond six months.

Preserves the superintendent's authority to adopt reasonable rules for minimum standards regarding benefits, claims payment, advertising and marketing practices, and other regulatory matters for Medicare supplement policies.
