Amends sections 2929.15 and 2929.25 of the Revised Code to authorize sheriffs and deputy sheriffs to report violations of community control sanctions directly to sentencing courts or probation departments.

Adds language permitting sheriffs and deputy sheriffs with jurisdiction over an offender to report violations alongside existing authorities (public or private entities operating the sanction or program).

Applies to both felony community control sanctions under section 2929.15 and misdemeanor community control sanctions under section 2929.25.

Maintains existing reporting requirements and procedures while expanding the category of persons authorized to report violations to include law enforcement.
