Enacts section 3775.17 of the Revised Code to require professional sporting stadiums have playing surfaces comprised of at least 90% natural grass.

Applies to any facility with seating capacity of 10,000 or more that hosts preseason, regular season, or postseason events for NFL, Major League Baseball, or Major League Soccer teams.

Requires playing surfaces be maintained at industry standard levels for high performance field surfaces.

General Assembly finds that natural grass surfaces result in fewer non-contact lower extremity injuries compared to synthetic turf or blended surfaces.
