Expands breast cancer screening coverage to include "supplemental breast cancer screening" methods (MRI, ultrasound, contrast-enhanced mammography, molecular breast imaging) for individuals with dense breast tissue or increased breast cancer risk.

Changes coverage requirements from "adult women" to "adult individuals" throughout insurance and Medicaid provisions.

Requires coverage of one screening mammography per year with digital breast tomosynthesis and eliminates cost-sharing requirements for all breast cancer screening and diagnostic examination benefits.

Sets reimbursement limits at 130% of Medicare rates for screening and supplemental breast cancer screenings, with separate payment allowances for service components.

Requires the Director of Health and Superintendent of Insurance to notify hospitals, physicians, and health plan issuers of the law's enactment within three months.
