Creates new "American Legion Auxiliary" license plates in Ohio through enactment of section 4503.896 of the Revised Code, with design approved by American Legion Auxiliary department of Ohio representatives.

Revises requirements for existing "American Legion" license plates under section 4503.583, clarifying application process and fee structure for both license plate types.

Establishes $10 contribution per application/renewal for both American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary plates, deposited into the license plate contribution fund created in section 4501.21.

Adds $10 administrative fee per application/renewal for both plate types, deposited into the public safety-highway purposes fund to compensate the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for additional services.

Updates section 4501.21 to include distribution of contributions from American Legion Auxiliary license plates to the American Legion Auxiliary department of Ohio to support the American Legion, military members, and their families.
