Amends sections 955.20 and 955.221 of the Revised Code to require county auditors to transfer dog registration fees to municipal corporations that employ dog wardens, deputies, poundkeepers, or other employees to enforce dog control ordinances.

Specifies that transferred funds must come from the county's dog and kennel fund and be derived from registration fees paid by residents of the municipal corporation receiving the funds.

Requires municipal corporations receiving transferred funds to use the money to pay compensation for dog wardens, deputies, poundkeepers, and other employees necessary to enforce dog control ordinances and related state law sections 955.01 to 955.261.

Maintains existing provisions allowing county commissioners to appropriate up to 15 percent of dog and kennel fund revenues for administrative costs including registration tags, blanks, records, and clerk hire.

Repeals existing sections 955.20 and 955.221 in their entirety as part of the amendment process.
