H.B. 649 Summary

• Amends section 1901.08 of the Revised Code to change the Lebanon Municipal Court judge position from part-time to full-time status

• The judge who was elected in 2021 shall serve as a full-time judge from the effective date of this amendment through December 31, 2027

• The Lebanon Municipal Court judge, after the effective date, must perform all duties of a full-time judge and is subject to any legal restrictions applicable to full-time municipal court judges

• Repeals the existing section 1901.08 of the Revised Code
