Expands the definition of "pharmacist care" to include conducting screenings, ordering laboratory and diagnostic tests, evaluating test results, and treating influenza, COVID-19, and group A streptococcus pharyngitis pursuant to a statewide written protocol established by the state board of pharmacy.

Authorizes pharmacists to initiate drug therapy for the three specified health conditions under the new protocol authority, notwithstanding restrictions on who may prescribe drugs.

Allows pharmacists to administer specified injectable drugs (addiction treatment drugs, antipsychotic drugs, HIV treatment drugs, hydroxyprogesterone caproate, medroxyprogesterone acetate, and cobalamin) if prescribed by a physician and the patient has an ongoing physician-patient relationship.

Requires pharmacists administering drugs to complete a course on drug administration, maintain basic life-support certification, and practice under an established physician protocol that specifies treatment guidelines, administration locations, and observation requirements.

Directs the state board of pharmacy to adopt rules implementing the screening, testing, and treatment authority, and to consult with the state medical board before adopting protocol requirements.
