Establishes the Canadian Prescription Drug Importation Program under the state board of pharmacy to reduce prescription drug costs for Ohio consumers by importing FDA-approved drugs from Canada.

Requires the board to contract with a qualified third-party entity that has assisted other states with similar importation programs to develop, manage, and administer the program in compliance with federal law (21 U.S.C. 384).

Third-party entity must identify Canadian wholesalers and suppliers, select drugs expected to generate substantial cost savings, ensure federal safety compliance, and establish distribution networks limited to Ohio pharmacies and health care providers.

Board must publish program information publicly, maintain a toll-free consumer hotline, conduct annual audits, and submit annual reports to legislature detailing participating providers, prescriptions dispensed, cost savings achieved, and audit findings.

Appropriates $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for fiscal year 2024 to implement the program; bill is known as the Save Ohio Safe Rx Act.
